Who I am.

I have spent my entire career in the helping profession, supporting others through moments of growth, challenge, and transition. My work has been rooted primarily in Western modalities—beginning as a Licensed Social Worker and later specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, where I continue to work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum. This background has deeply shaped my understanding of nervous system regulation, safety, and the importance of compassionate, individualized care.

Alongside my professional path, Reiki has been a steady and meaningful presence in my life. I have sought out Reiki during times of imbalance, stress, and change, and have consistently experienced its gentle yet powerful ability to support grounding, regulation, and inner clarity. Over time, this personal relationship with Reiki grew into a calling to share this energy healing practice with others.

I am currently a Level One Usui Reiki practitioner offering in-person Reiki sessions in Philadelphia, providing an alternative and complementary approach to holistic well-being. This work marks the beginning of a new chapter for me—one rooted in curiosity, reverence for the healing process, and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.

My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and experience Reiki energy healing as a tool for balance, restoration, and relaxation. I welcome clients who are seeking a gentle, hands-off approach to stress relief, emotional balance, and energetic alignment. I look forward to continuing this journey and expanding my practice as I deepen my training and experience.
